To enter a bid for our Charity Dinner Ticket Auction, please fill out all of the fields below stating whether you would like accomodation for the evening and your bid for each ticket you would like. At the moment to enter a bid that will get into the top 20, you will need to enter a bid of at least £50 per ticket!
1.
Your pledge is a commitment to help those who really need and appreciate your support! Please do not make a pledge unless you are prepared to honour it.
2.
No charge is made for the provision of goods or services. Admission will be by invitation only.
3.
Pledges must state whether overnight accommodation is required, or not. As accommodation is limited to a maximum of 23 people, priority will be given to those wanting double occupancy.
4.
Pledges will be confidential. No information regarding individual bidders will be released without the specific written consent of the bidder.
5.
The auction will close at midnight on 31st January and all successful pledges will be notified by e-mail and an invitation will be sent by post.
6.
All pledges will receive an e-mail confirmation within 24 hours.
7.
Should you be successful, payment of your pledge should be made by cheque payable to “BIBIC” and sent to: BIBIC, c/o Steve Lundy, Home Farm Hotel, Wilmington, Devon, EX14 9JR. Payment should be made no later than 5th February.
8.
The final selection of guests will be, quite simply, the one that raises the most money for the children. In this respect, the decision of the organisers will be final.

Correspondence regarding this auction will be sent via e-mail. By submitting your bid, you agree to receiving mail from Home Farm Hotel. We may also contact you by telephone if there is any query regarding your bid.
