An immediate vacancy now exists for a full-time Sous Chef
To commence as soon a possible, the successful applicant will have good relevant experience of fine dining kitchens and must demonstrate both enthusiasm and passion for presenting high quality food.
An ability to work under pressure and to maintain an outstanding work ethic is essential.
Home Farm uses the finest of local ingredients and specialises in Modern English food. The restaurant currently has an AA rosette. Bar food is also provided 7-days a week to compliment the A la Carte evening menu.
Live-In may be available.
