Welcome to Axe Cliff Golf Club Ltd

Axe Cliff Golf Club is one of the oldest courses in Devon (founded in 1884) and is a friendly family run club. It brings challenge to all categories of golfers. The course has breathtaking views over the cliffs of Lyme Bay. Amongst facilities you’ll find a bar, a small restaurant, a pro shop where you can buy golf balls, tees, shoes etc. There is also a possibility to book a lesson. In the Club there is a range of trolleys, golf shoes and clubs for hire.

Course review: Very challenging course - high on cliff overlooking Lyme Bay - very hilly with many blind holes - and superb views both to sea and inland - usually windy which makes it my favourite course in this area as the playing conditions are never the same from day to day.
