Goats cheese, sun dried tomato and basil mille-feuille set on a crisp red onion salsa
Guinea fowl and foie gras terrine accompanied with apple and plum chutney and truffle oil
Fish Course
Delice of Salmon set o a bed of provencal vegetables bound in a light tomato sauce
Main Course
Carved roast Crown of Turkey, with chestnut stuffing bacon wrapped sausage and cranberry sauce
Roast Loin of Lamb with Roasted onions and a rich port and rosemary sauce
Roast Rib of Scottish Angus beef carved onto a red wine jus accompanied with horseradish scented yorkshire pudding and chateaux potatoes
Slow roasted Squash filled with wild mushrooms truffles and artichoke risotto accompanied with a white wine and chive veloute
Dessert Course
Traditional Christmas Pudding served with a brandy and butterscotch sauce
A duo of liquor enriched white and dark chocolate mousse served with sable biscuits and chocolate wafers
Fresh seasonal fruits encased in a brandy snap basket with chefs homemade sorbet
