Starter Course

 

Roasted Tomato and Basil Soup topped with creme fraiche

Timbale of Prawns in a saffron and chervil cream

Goats cheese pastry pillow, with red pesto and a sweet balsamic dressing

Game Terrine served with a red cabbage and prune chutney

 

Main Course

 

Roasted Rib of Beef Angus carved onto a red wine jus, with yorkshire pudding and freshly made horse radish sauce

Breast of Chicken grilled then fanned onto a shallot Confit served with a light tarragon jus

Fillets of Salmon, Topped with a toasted sesame crust, served with Pak-Choi and finished with a lime leaf and ginger sauce.

Spinach and wild mushroom Tart, with a ricotta cheese garnished with a baked tomato filled with pesto risotto

 

Sweets

 

Warm Bread and Butter pudding, served with Creme Anglaise pave of dark chocolate with white chocolate biscuits and soured cherry coulis

Mille-Feuilles filled with pineapple and ice coconut parfait served with a Cointreau ice cream
